TOOLS.

We design and publish mobile utility apps — storage cleaners, privacy tools, converters, and system utilities — built for everyday use and long-term retention.

What we build

Six Utility
Categories

Focused tools that solve a single problem well. We work across six categories where we have the deepest field experience.

01
Storage Cleaners

Junk-file detection, cache clearing, and duplicate removal. Engineered for consistent performance on mid-range devices where storage is genuinely constrained.

02
VPN & Privacy

Consumer VPN clients and DNS-level privacy tools built on fast tunnelling protocols, with a data-minimisation architecture from the first commit.

03
File Converters

Document and media conversion tools — PDF, image, audio, video — processed on-device to avoid round-tripping sensitive files to third-party servers.

04
Camera & Scanner

Document scanners, QR readers, watermark tools, and lightweight photo editors covering the use cases the native camera app doesn't reach.

05
Battery & Performance

Battery health monitors and background-process managers designed to extend perceived device lifespan without overstating what any app can actually do to hardware.

06
Productivity Utilities

Focus timers, note tools, reminder apps, and calendar helpers. Single-purpose, zero bloat — the kind of utility that disappears into a user's day without demanding attention.

How we work

Three steps.
No handoffs.

01
Define & Scope

Every engagement opens with a written brief: category, target market, monetisation model, and the one metric that defines success. We audit the App Store category, identify the positioning gap, and produce a single-page spec before any design work begins.

02
Design & Prototype

Wireframes first, visual refinement last. A working prototype lands on a real device within the first few weeks, with core flows and the onboarding sequence stress-tested by actual users before any production asset is made.

03
Build & Ship

Production in two-week sprints, builds to TestFlight from sprint one. Store submission, review follow-up, post-launch monitoring, and the first iteration on live retention data are part of every engagement — not extras billed separately.

What we believe

Four positions.

1
One job, done completely

The most reliable utility apps do one thing and do it without compromise. We scope each product around a single core function and resist every pull toward secondary features until that primary function is airtight. A cleaner that cleans well is worth more than a suite that does five things loosely.

Downloads can be bought. Retention cannot. We build for the day-7 number, the day-30 number, the uninstall rate — not the launch-week spike. Every product decision, from onboarding copy to notification timing, is made with the question: does this bring someone back tomorrow?

2
Retention over acquisition
3
Honest mechanics, always

The utility category has earned its credibility problem. Phantom threats, fake scan results, coerced subscription flows — we build in the opposite direction. No manufactured urgency, no inflated metrics, no claims we cannot stand behind. The app reports what it found. The user decides what to do.

ASO, review strategy, UA, and monetisation architecture are planned before the first sprint, not bolted on at launch. Discoverability is an engineering problem. We treat it as one from day one — because a well-built app that no one finds is not a success by any measure.
